INGREDIENTS



2 cups Raw cashews, soaked 2 hours


2 small Red bell pepper


2 Garlic cloves


¼ Lemon


¼ cup Nutritional yeast


¼ cup spoon Tahini


Pinch Salt


½-1 cup Water

DIRECTION


Blend in blender:


2 C raw cashews, soaked 2 hours


2 small red bell peppers, chopped


2-4 cloves of garlic


¼ C lemon juice


¼ C nutritional yeast (optional)


¼ C tahini


Pinch of salt


½ -1 C water


Blend until Creamy. Serve with chips or vegetables
