INGREDIENTS
½ onions
8 oz can Black or Red Bean
2-3 tomatoes
1 Head lettuce - chopped or shredded
1 Red bell peppers
1-2 Cucumbers
½ Cup sliced olives
1. Avocado
Soak beans overnight, rinse and cook until soft

DIRECTIONS
Put a layer of chips on a plate. If they are larger tortilla chips, crush them a bit.
Spoon beans over the top of the chips, distributing them in lovely lumps
Sprinkle vegan Cashew cheese over the beans so it melts or ladle on the vegan cheese
Be generous with the lettuce
Now sprinkle generously or sparsely the other ingredients
Make some Guacamole with Avocado and add to Haystack
