Vegan Chickpea scones



INGREDIENTS


1 can Organic chickpeas

½ bell pepper

½ onion chopped

¼ cup all purpose Gluten-free flour

¼ teaspoon cumin

¼ vegan seasoning

¼ cup water

¼ cup nutritional yeast ( optional)

DIRECTION


1. Rinse and drain Chickpeas

2. put into vita-mix or food processer

3. Add onions, garlic and sweet pepper

4. Add water and pulse for a few seconds until creamy

5. Place in bowl and add, baking powder ( aluminum free)

cumin and vegan seasoning. Mix well

6. Placed in greased muffin tray and bake for 25 mins

7. serve with gravy or steamed vegetables
