Vegan fruit ice cream



INGREDIENTS


  • 1 Banana

  • 1 Kiwi

  • 7 oz Cranberries

  • 7 oz Strawberries

  • 1 C Cubed pineapple

  • 1 medium pear cubed

  • 2 tsp vanilla sugar or extract

  • 3 tsp Maple Syrup

Instructions


  1. Peel bananas, clean all fruit, dice them all and place in freezer bag (if strawberries are small, freeze them like that)

  2. When slightly frozen, add everything to a food processor, adding just a little fruit at a time. Gradually add the rest of the frozen fruit, waiting to completely incorporate into the mixture.

  3. Add Maple Syrup and vanilla (or 1 tsp vanilla extract)

  4. Serve immediately or freeze for later (add to cups before freezing and thaw a few minutes before serving)
