Anti-Inflammatory Berries Smoothie

INGREDIENTS


2 cups of berries of choice

½ frozen banana

½ cup frozen pineapple

1 cup unsweetened Almond milk

1 tablespoon chia seeds

¼ teaspoon fresh ginger, grated

DIRECTIONS


  1. Make Almond Milk

  2. Soak almonds and then wash

  3. Place in a blender with 1 ½ cup of water

  4. Add ground cinnamon, vanilla and blend for 3-5 mins

  5. Add all other ingredients and blend
