
INGREDIENTS
2 cups of berries of choice
½ frozen banana
½ cup frozen pineapple
1 cup unsweetened Almond milk
1 tablespoon chia seeds
¼ teaspoon fresh ginger, grated

DIRECTIONS
Make Almond Milk
Soak almonds and then wash
Place in a blender with 1 ½ cup of water
Add ground cinnamon, vanilla and blend for 3-5 mins
Add all other ingredients and blend
